MULTI SPORTS

The coaching team delivers many adapted sports to all participants, regardless of ability everyone can experience an activity. There is a huge range of fun games offered with options of being indoors or outdoors. Each session is welcoming, fun and inclusive. All equipment is provided, with the focus being on everyone having a great time.  Below are some examples of our activities.

WALKING NETBALL

Exactly what it says, netball at a walking pace. All age groups enjoy this, the younger players use a smaller ball and lower netball posts.

BASKETBALL

We always ensure fair play, rules are adapted to ensure everyone participates in the game, one of our favourites with our adults. We also challenge families to take part in friendly competition.

WALKING

This is for everyone. We ensure safe routes are kept to, with a focus being on social interaction.

MINI TENNIS

Small court area (park), bigger low bouncing balls, smaller rackets and the focus being on ABC’s, ability, balance, and co-ordination.

TENNIS

Played on a full-size tennis court, all abilities can participate in fun drills or even play an actual game of singles or doubles.

BOCCIA

This is a target sport played indoors or outdoors with soft leather balls (adapted using bean bags etc for younger participants).

RUGBY DRILLS

One of our coaches is a rugby player so encourages rugby drills on any occasion, great for warmups and games

BOOT CAMPS

A selection of exercises taken outdoors, for our adults to take on learning techniques of exercising (always remaining fun).

EXERCISE CLASSES

For our younger players, gentle introduction to exercise, warmups, stretching, games, and cool downs.

DANCE BOOGIE FIT

 Dance Boogie Fit is a fun easy to follow exercise class where you will also learn fun funky dance routines from famous music videos and musicals. We linked up with Karen from Dance Boogie Fit during Covid-19 and will continue this class going forward.
